We are located beside St. Colman's Cathedral.  Specifically we are adjacent to the High Alter end of the Cathedral (which is the opposite end from the spire).

(a): Approaching down the hill from the Cathedral gates we are the first building on the right. Watch out for our dolphin landmark weathervane.

(b):Approaching us from the Town Centre, enter the second square (the one that does not have a monument), turn up the hill beside Gilberts Restaurant, at the top turn left towards the Cathedral - 20 meters or so and we are the last building on your left.
